Is there a benefit exploring the link between creativity and performance? Jul 2, 2025

Creativity - The use of the imagination or original ideas, especially in the production an artistic work.

Performance - An act of staging or presenting a play, concert, or other form of entertainment.

The action or process of carrying out or accomplishing an action, task, or function.

One need only see an ancient sculpture to see the artist's vision. The creative seeks to pursue imagination and innovation. To tell a story with their heart? Their mind? Their spirit?

Are we talking about a performance or the performance? And to link to creativity is like a chef or painter doing what they do. Mix colors.

The dancer... tells a story with the body.

The vocalist... tells a story with the voice.

To the creative I say create. And in 2026

you're going to have to bring a camera or is so stipulated. Stay tuned for more.
